The Purpose of the FFA Mentor Program

• Connect new 8^th Grade FFA Members with those who have a few years of FFA experience.
• To provide leadership opportunities to those in 9^th and 10^th grades who have amazing abilities to lead, but are not currently chapter officers.
• To continue to build FFA Family Relationships among our members.

How it works

• Sign up at this link – Sign Up Link by September 1^st
• On September 7^th, we will reach out and share who you have been paired with.
• On September 8^th, we will have a New Member night where you will have the opportunity to meet with your mentor/mentee and do a little get to know you activities
• During the semester, we will have several opportunities to communicate and get to know each other. The mentor will help you with looking at FFA opportunities and answering any questions
• We will also have a few group competitions to test how well you develop a working relationship with the person you are partnered with.
